We’ve designed a few cocktails that go great with our mezcals, and they’re specially made for you. We highly recommend using espadín agave for these cocktails.
We recommend use agave espadín.
MIXOLOGÍA PARA TI
Nochixtlán

• Mezcal León de agave: 25ml
• Strawberry-plum Shrub: 60ml
• Fresh smoked thyme


• METHOD: Shaken
• ICE: 3-4 ice cubes
• GARNITURE: Thyme branch, halves of plums caramelized with sugar.

SHRUB STRAWBERRY- PLUM
240 ml or 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
200 g of fresh strawberries in pieces
100 g of red plums in pieces without seeds 150 g of sugar
Flor de Maguey

• 45ml Leon agave mezcal
• Passion fruit-ginger coulis
• 1 Barspoon
• Agave syroup
• Seedless lime juice
• Soda top

• METHOD: Shaken
• ICE: 3-4 ice cubes + crush ice crown
• GARNITURE: Pitiona crust with cocoa, wedge of fresh passion fruit, dehydrated lemon, and a basil leaf
